Benetwood Apartments has an immediate opening for an Assistant Manager position.

• Fulltime. 
• Salary will be discussed, determined by experience.
• Must have good math skills.
• Knowledge of HUD Policies and Compliance mandates helpful, but not necessary.
• Education: Bachelors Degree; OR one or two years related experience and/or training; OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
