Benetwood Apartments has an immediate opening for an Assistant Manager position.

Fulltime.
Salary will be discussed, determined by experience.
Must have good math skills.
Knowledge of HUD Policies and Compliance mandates helpful, but not necessary.
Education: Bachelors Degree; OR one or two years related experience and/or training; OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
