Seeking a Nurse Educator / RN Supervisor Full Time for LECOM Nursing and Rehabilitation to primarily work 1st shift, but also train and/or supervise on 2nd or 3rd shifts to the staff on those shifts based on the needs of the facility.
Summary:  The Nurse Educator / RN Supervisor is responsible for clinical education and training of all new employees, ongoing education and training of existing employees, as well as maintaining up to date certification and credentialing of all employees.  This position will also include Registered Nurse Supervisory duties which combine leadership and nursing knowledge to assess patient health problems and needs, provide treatments, administer medications, and perform general nursing duties, while operating in a resident centered environment.

QUALIFICATIONS Include:
Must be registered by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania as a Licensed Registered Nurse.
Must maintain current certifications in CPR and First Aid.
Demonstrated expertise in analysis, decision-making, time management, oral and written communication and computer use required.

An Activity Aide will aid in organizing, directing and carrying out program activities which cover spiritual development, recreation, diversion, intellectual, and educational development for residents as an integral part of resident centered care.

QUALIFICATIONS Include:
An Activity Assistant must have a High School Diploma or a GED.
Maintain certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant is a plus.
Recreation Therapist or Occupational Therapy Degree a plus.
Must maintain current certifications in CPR and First Aid.
